Last Month's author was Patricia Polocco. Congratulations to those who got it right.



This author:



-Was an illustrator of children books but didn't enjoy the way th estories were told so wrote her own stories

-Loves fantasy stories

-Her stories were usually written in German, but one girl demanded them to be written in English. So her latest book got trnaslated and immediately entered the New York Times Bestseller.

-Many of her books entered the New York Times Bestseller list

-In the Times magazine, entered the list of “100 Most Influential Men and Women.”

    I love Patricia Polacco! she writes her books with lots of feeling and when you are reading her books, you dont think of anything else except her book. it is so good! one of my favorite books that patricia polacco wrote was thank you mr falker. it is a true story about her! can you believe that!!!??? and i also like the book where she said that a small meteor landed right in front of her house! i forgot the title though!!
